MY APPROACH

It is very important to find a therapist who is a good fit. You need to feel safe, listened to, and hopeful during the sessions. I offer a warm, safe space that encourages deep exploration without judgment, and I am always open to listening to my clients' feedback.  

I am trained in different modalities to adapt to my clients' needs and individuality. Therapy needs to be tailored to you, not a copy-paste for everyone.
